Brendan Carroll is currently a Special Assistant Intern at the Peace Corps, where responsibilities include daily scheduling and communications for a team overseeing posts in 30 countries. Concurrently, Brendan serves as Business Manager and Section Editor for The Georgetown Independent, managing social media and event planning while editing articles that spotlight local creatives. In addition to roles at KnoNap, DCivitas Consulting, and ORGANIZING NEIGHBORHOOD EQUITY, Brendan is a Builder Community Member at Civics Unplugged, mentoring fellows in civic leadership. As an Africa Section Writer and Elections Analyst for The Caravel, Brendan contributes weekly pieces on international affairs. Brendan's previous experience includes being the Secretary General of Model United Nations and working at Shintaro Sushi, alongside various leadership positions that showcase a commitment to social equity and activism. Brendan is pursuing a Bachelor's in International Affairs and Business at Georgetown University, with prior studies in Ecuador.
