Leigh Yanocha has a diverse work experience with a focus on business development, client relationship management, and personnel development. Starting with Merrill Lynch in 2006, Leigh initially worked in personnel development, training new employees and troubleshooting processes. During this time, Leigh also participated in various campaigns and was involved in designing training guides and manuals used firm-wide.
In 2008, Leigh joined Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Coordinator, where skills in training and recruiting coordination were further developed. In 2010, Leigh moved to Morgan Stanley as a Director, gaining experience in overseeing multiple teams and finding solutions to individual needs.
Leigh joined John Wiley and Sons in 2015 as a Talent Development Manager, responsible for managing talent development initiatives in the Americas region. In 2016, Leigh transitioned to Knopman Marks Financial Training as the Managing Director and Head of People Strategy. In this role, Leigh's responsibilities expanded to include leading company projects, client services, building relationships with financial institutions and campuses, and managing recruitment.
Outside of Knopman Marks, Leigh also joined the Forbes Human Resources Council in 2020 as an Official Member. Prior to starting their career, Leigh worked as a Legal Assistant at Mandelbaum Salsburg from 2003 to 2005.
