Spencer Holt

Spencer Holt serves as the Chief Experience & People Officer at Merlin Entertainments since August 2023, marking the establishment of this role focused on enhancing both employee engagement and guest experience for a global workforce and vast visitor base. As a Board Member of Know Your Lemons Foundation and Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer at Global Leader Group, Spencer works to drive meaningful change within organizations. Previous experience includes leading commercial learning innovation at AstraZeneca, where a global learning framework and various leadership programs were developed, as well as extensive roles in management and account management across multiple industries including food service and finance. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Lethbridge, alongside a PhD in Leadership Development and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
