Jennifer Wraspir

Jennifer Wraspir, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office at KnowBe4 since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions at MediaPRO, including Senior Director of Professional Services and Director of Professional Services from November 2014 to March 2021, managing a diverse team focused on professional services and expanding the Learning Experience line of business. Jennifer's extensive project management experience spans multiple organizations, including roles at Design Laboratory, Allyis, Microsoft Global Government Affairs, Content Master, Volt, Catalysis, The Cobalt Group, and Microsoft, where responsibilities included project planning, resource management, and stakeholder collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Certification from Bellevue College, a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Washington State University, and a background in foreign studies at Universidad de Guadalajara.
