Josh Bloese

Josh Bloese has a strong background in finance and accounting. Josh started their career as an Audit Staff at Hein & Associates in 2011 and worked their way up to become an Audit Supervisor. Josh then joined Moss Adams as an Audit Manager in 2017. In 2019, they transitioned to the corporate sector and joined KnowBe4 as the Director of Payment Strategy. Josh was promoted within the company and held the roles of Senior Director of Payment Strategy and Senior Director of Compensation Analysis. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Analytics at KnowBe4.

Josh Bloese has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Colorado State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Josh also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
