Katie Brennan

Katie Brennan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career in 2010 as a Safety Clerk at FedEx National LTL Inc. In 2011, they joined IGT as an Instant Ticket Project Manager, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, Katie has been with KnowBe4, initially starting as a Rollout Technician/Tech Support. Katie then progressed through various roles within the company, including Sales Engineer/Technical Writer, Senior Sales Engineer/Technical Writer, Technical Content Director, and Product Content Director. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Product Services and is currently working as the VP Product Services at KnowBe4.

Katie Brennan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained several certifications related to security awareness and culture, including the Security Awareness and Culture Professional (SACP) credential from H Layer Credentialing in October 2021. Katie also holds certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), and Security+ SY-501, which were obtained in 2019 and 2018 respectively.
