Lucas P.

Lucas P. has a diverse work experience. Lucas started their career in 2011 as a Page in the Ohio Senate and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined (ISC)² as a Member Advocate, where they worked until 2015. Lucas then moved to ThreatTrack Security in 2015, first working as a Business Retention Sales Representative and later as an Inside Renewals Account Manager and a Channel Account Manager until 2017. Lucas joined KnowBe4 in 2017 and held several roles within the Customer Success department, including Channel Customer Success Manager, Manager of the Channel Customer Success Team, Director of Channel Customer Success, and VP of Customer Success. Currently, Lucas holds the position of Deputy EVP of Global Customer Success at KnowBe4.

Lucas P. attended Ohio University in 2010-2011, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. From 2011-2014, they attended The Ohio State University and earned a BA in Political Science and Government.
