Nikki D'Ambrosio

Nikki D'Ambrosio is an experienced professional in customer relations and project management, currently serving as Vice President of International Customer Relations and Vice President of Customer Success for Africa at KnowBe4 since March 2018. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Head of Projects and Operations at Popcorn Training Pty Ltd from December 2016 to March 2018, and was the Head of Project Management at both New Media Labs from July 2014 to December 2016 and Precedent from March 2002 to May 2014. Nikki's expertise includes managing and delivering projects focused on strategy, information architecture, web design, CMS developments, mobile, and SEO, while also developing strong client relationships across various sectors such as charity, finance, education, and both private and public institutions. Nikki obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town between 1997 and 2001, and has completed scrum courses to enhance project management skills.
