Frank keeps KnowCyber in-the-know. He is a frequent expert witness, commentator, and author on cybersecurity and national security, and is routinely called upon to advise senior officials in industry and government. Currently, he is director of Auburn University’s McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security. Previously, at The George Washington University, he established and directed the Center for Cyber and Homeland Security (now part of the McCrary Institute) and launched, with the School of Business, GWU’s World Executive MBA in Cybersecurity program. Frank served as special assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism for President George W. Bush. Prior to that appointment, he held senior policy positions for the Center for Strategic and International Studies. His work has been published in academic, law, business, and policy journals, as well as in newspapers and magazines worldwide.
