Gabriela Gallagher has work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Sales Representative at University Directories. In 2014, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Union Pacific Railroad. From 2015 to 2017, they participated in the Distribution and Services Leadership Program and later became the New England District Operations Manager at Gexpro. In 2018, they joined Smartsheet as a Customer Success Manager before transitioning to the role of Strategic Customer Success Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they work as a UX Researcher at Knowde, starting in June 2022.
Gabriela Gallagher completed their Master of Science in Experience Design from Northeastern University in 2022. Prior to that, they attended Michigan State University from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Marketing. Gabriela completed their high school education at Mercy High School from 2007 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Gabriela obtained additional certifications. In 2022, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM. In 2019, they achieved the Smartsheet Solution Certified User certification.
