Norman Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Norman is currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Knowde, where they are responsible for transforming the chemicals/ingredients space through innovative online interactions between buyers and sellers. Prior to this, Norman worked at Uber as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive and later as an Enterprise Account Executive, specializing in targeting businesses with annual revenues over $2 billion. In these roles, they collaborated with various teams to ensure alignment and long-term success, conducting presentations before high-level executives. Before joining Uber, they gained experience as a Sales Associate at Strive Logistics, LLC and held intern positions at JM Zell Partners, Ltd. Additionally, Norman worked as an Enterprise Business Development professional at Mojo Networks, Inc. Norman started their career in 2006 as a Caddie at Oakmont Country Club.
Norman Schwartz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the College of Charleston, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Before attending college, they received a High School Diploma from Trinity-Pawling School, where they completed their secondary education from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Norman Schwartz has acquired several certifications in sales training, including Sandler Sales Training from Sandler Training in February 2021, Filling the Funnel from Sell Better by JB Sales in July 2019, and JBarrows On-Site Sales Training from JBarrows Sales Training in June 2019.
