Erika Bucsi

Erika Bucsi has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality and technology industries. Erika currently serves as the Enterprise Director of Sales for EMEA & APAC at Knowland, where they lead sales and customer service activities. Erika previously held the position of Vice Chair EMEA at Raizup, a personalized career pathing platform. Erika has also worked as the Regional Director of Sales for Europe at Cvent, the Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe at Amadeus IT Group, and as the Assistant Director of Sales at PH Hotels. Prior to that, they served as the Head of MICE Strategy at AccorHotels, the Assistant Revenue Manager at Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and the Meetings and Events Sales Office Manager at Park Plaza Hotels. Erika's work experience also includes roles at Hilton London Metropole and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels as a Conference and Events Sales Manager and Event Planner, respectively.

Erika Bucsi earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Modul University Vienna, which they attended from 2002 to 2004.
