Ihor Stepanov 🇺🇦

Ihor Stepanov has been working in the field of life sciences since 2019. Ihor is currently a Co-Founder at Knowledgator Engineering, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics, NAS of Ukraine from 2020. In 2019, they were a Co-Founder at NGO "Biological Novel Exponential Technologies", where they worked to keep the organization steady developing and organized educational events, lectures, seminars, and global discussions from top scientists and business people in the life sciences.

Ihor Stepanov has a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Bioengineering from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which they obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they studied Biology and Chemistry at CRPL from 2015 to 2017. Ihor has also obtained several certifications, such as ISCB 2022 from ISCB - International Society for Computational Biology in July 2022, ISMB/ECCB 2021 from ISCB - International Society for Computational Biology in June 2021, and Participating at Bioelectronics, Biosensors and Biochips Virtual Meeting from United Scientific Group (A Non-Profit Organization) in May 2020. Ihor has also participated in the Yep!STARTER educational incubation program in entrepreneurship from YEP! Startup Incubators in December 2018, and the International Competition “Startup Project” of “Higher Educational Institutions for Youth Entrepreneurship” Project from ASUE in November 2018. Ihor was also recognized for their commitment and participation in the Active Citizens Local Training 2018/19 from the British Council in November 2018.
