Dee Russell-Thomas

Dee Russell-Thomas serves as the Deputy Lieutenant of Gloucestershire at Gloucestershire County Council and has diverse roles in educational inspection and consultancy across the UK and internationally. With extensive experience as an Associate Inspector for the Knowledge & Human Development Authority in Dubai and as an Inspector for the UAE Ministry of Education, Dee evaluates a variety of educational institutions. As Company Director of DGRT Educational Consultancy Ltd., Dee specializes in advisory work and bespoke training programs. Additional roles include being a delegate for UN Women at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women and Executive Director for Strategy and Partnership at the "Water for Life" project. Dee holds various trustee and leadership positions within charitable organizations and has delivered training in core skills through the British Council. Dee’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Education from Newcastle University, multiple Master’s degrees from the University of Bristol, and various certifications in education and counseling.
