Jennifer Patterson

Jennifer Patterson has worked in the software industry for over 20 years. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as a Client Services Consultant for PKC Corporation, a small medical software company. Over the years, they served in a number of different functional areas and honed a variety of skills, eventually becoming Senior Director for Products and Services. In 2012, they joined Sharecare, Inc. as Senior Director for Products in the Informatics Division. In this role, they were a key liaison between the VT tech teams and the established Sharecare team. Jennifer also led the back-end development and testing of AskMD mobile app, which was selected by Apple as one of the best new health apps of 2013. In 2014, they joined KnowledgeWave as Vice President of Products. In this role, they oversee product management, software development, customer success, technical support, database administration, and marketing. Jennifer is passionate about product, messaging, customer acquisition and customer retention and has end-to-end responsibility for their flagship web application.

Jennifer Patterson obtained a BA in Mathematics from Colorado College. Jennifer completed the Excellence in Executive Leadership Program at Champlain College in 2011. Jennifer also attended Lamoille Union High School. Her additional certifications include MOS Word from Microsoft, obtained in June 2015, and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot, obtained in March 2016.
