Allison McMahon (Kipping) is an experienced educator currently serving as Adjunct Faculty: STEM Educator in Residence at American University, where curriculum for a Professional Development Course is independently designed and implemented. As a Knowles Academy Instructor, Allison collaborates on curriculum design and co-instructs courses focused on student engagement and learning in science. In role as a Chemistry Teacher with Prince George's County Public Schools, Allison designs high school science curricula and provides professional development, while also sponsoring environmental advocacy initiatives.
