Rousell Labrador

Rousell Labrador is an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality control and process improvement, currently working at Knowles Corporation since March 2014. Responsibilities include executing quality control processes, handling product qualification and release, monitoring production line performance, facilitating customer audits, and managing customer complaints. Prior to Knowles, Rousell worked at Taiyo Yuden Philippines Inc. and Olympus Optical Technology Philippines Inc., where tasks involved investigating product non-conformance, conducting cross-functional team meetings, and implementing corrective actions. Rousell began a career as a Process Engineer at Globalwear Manufacturing Inc., focusing on production efficiency and manpower management. Rousell holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. Peter's College, Iligan City, completed in 2003, and has participated in an 8D Workshop.
