Santiago Miralles

Santiago Miralles has a diverse work experience in the media and technology industry. Santiago is the Founder & CEO of Knox Media Hub, a cloud-native media asset management and distribution SaaS platform. As a Certified AWS Partner, Knox Media Hub helps media and entertainment companies streamline their operations and manage content data efficiently.

At IESE Business School, Santiago has held various roles including Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Information Systems, focusing on the digital age and competition in the industry. Santiago has also served as the Associate Director for the "Telco, Media & Information Society Industry Meeting" at the school.

Santiago has been a Lecturer at Universidad de Navarra, teaching in the Executive Master in Management of Media Companies program. Santiago has also worked as the Course Director for "Media Convergence, Technology and New Business Models" at ESADE Business School, where they guided students in understanding the evolving media landscape and its impact on business models.

Prior to their academic roles, Santiago held positions at Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA) where they served as the Director of Strategic B2B Alliances and later became the General Manager of the Digital Media Division. In this role, they oversaw the production and distribution of rich media products and services across various platforms.

Santiago Miralles began their education in 1962 at the Lyçée Français de Barcelone, where they completed their Baccalauréat C in the field of Math & Physics in 1977. Afterward, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1977 to 1984, where they pursued an Eng. Superior degree in Telecommunications. Santiago then furthered their education at Esade from 1987 to 1990, obtaining an MBA in Business Administration. Finally, in 2001 and 2002, they attended the IESE Business School, completing the PDG program in Executive Education.
