Richard Dapaah

Richard Dapaah serves as the Chief Business Officer at SPARKZ Inc. since May 2020 and holds the position of Executive-In-Residence at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center since 2018. Prior experience includes founding and managing Seaford Capital Management from 2016 to 2017 and working as a Hedge Fund Analyst at Shire Capital Management, LLC from 2009 to 2015. Richard's extensive background includes roles in equity research at Morgan Stanley, investment banking at Goldman Sachs, enterprise solutions at Agilent Technologies, business development, and software development at HP. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Tufts University.
