Renee Drap

Renee Drap is an experienced professional in the mental health and wellness sector, currently serving as VP of Delivery and Services at Koa Health since July 2023, focusing on the successful execution of KoaCare 360. Previously, Renee held the position of Vice President of Medical Affairs Operations at Happify Health, providing strategic leadership in integrating mental and physical health services. As Chief of Staff for Walmart's Clinical Strategy Team, Renee contributed to the transformation of Walmart Health & Wellness, while earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Limeade, RedBrick Health, Humana, Hummingbird Coaching Services, and Coaching Successes, Inc. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Capella University.
