Dave Rutgers is an experienced account executive and business manager with a strong background in sales and advertising. Currently serving as an Account Executive at KOAA5 since April 2021 and as a Business Manager at 303 Learning LLC since April 2020, Dave focuses on creating efficiencies to enhance company growth. Prior roles include Local Sales Manager at Effectv from March 2006 to April 2020, where Dave drove local-direct and ad agency business while leading and inspiring a team of Local Account Executives. As Director of Local Sales at Comcast Spotlight from 2000 to 2006, Dave increased local direct revenue by over two million dollars. Earlier experience includes various sales management roles at KTVD/UPN20 and Seltel Inc. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts and Sciences from the University of Southern California.
