David Hicks

David Hicks has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Risk Officer at Koalafi, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Fraud at Koalafi from 2021 to 2023.

David also served as a Business Analysis Manager and a Sr. Business Analyst, leading various projects to optimize product terms and credit policy, resulting in increased NPV.

In the earlier stages of their career, David worked as a Data Analyst at Capital One, where they contributed to the Collections and Recoveries teams by creating semi-automated solutions and supporting portfolio conversion projects.
