Tobias Beck

Tobias Beck is an accomplished Produktionsleiter at KOB GmbH since December 2017, where strategic and operational direction of the production area is managed, along with the disciplinary leadership of approximately 200 employees in a shift operation. Previously, Tobias held the position of Modulleiter für Breitweberei und Kettherstellung, overseeing 80 employees and ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and manufacturing efficiency through KPI reporting. Prior experience includes serving as a wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter and head of the department for Maschenwaren & Textilmaschinenelemente at the Institut für Textiltechnik der RWTH Aachen University from May 2012 to April 2017. Tobias obtained a Dr.-Ing. and Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University between 2012 and 2017.
