Claudia MacArio (ITIL)

Claudia Macario has a strong background in IT support and customer service. Claudia is currently serving as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Kobalt since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from April 2017 to January 2019. Before joining YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, Claudia held multiple roles at ASOS.com, including Service Desk Analyst from January 2016 to April 2017 and Trainee Service Desk Analyst from March 2015 to January 2016. Claudia began their career as a Hostel Ambassador at St. Christopher's Inn, gaining experience in reception duties, customer service, and sales promotion.

Additionally, Claudia Macario has acquired several certifications. In March 2018, they obtained the Jamf Certified Admin (CCA) Version 10 certification from Jamf. In February 2018, they acquired the Jamf Certified Tech (CCT) Version 10 certification, also from Jamf. Furthermore, in September 2014, Claudia obtained the Level 2 Health and Safety for the Workplace certification from The City and Guilds of London Institute.
