Nicole Slagle

Nicole Slagle currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Koch Engineered Solutions, overseeing the people and culture within the KES Innovation Business Portfolio, which encompasses DarkVision Technologies, Genesis Motion Solutions, and Sentient Energy. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Koch Minerals & Trading as a Human Resources Leader and Manager, providing strategic HR support across various functions including employee relations and talent development. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Flint Hills Resources, where responsibilities involved recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management, as well as a Human Resources Associate role that offered exposure to multiple HR disciplines. Nicole began their career with an internship at Hormel Foods, contributing to the development of internal guidelines and employee training programs. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and General Management from Kansas State University, complemented by a study abroad experience in Spain.
