R. Ravichandran is a Resident Senior Partner in the Firm's Chennai office. He is an Advocate having over Twenty one years of experience in the areas of Laws affecting Corporate India and Corporate Taxation, including litigation and matters relating to foreign investment, joint ventures and foreign collaboration, trade marks, patents and copyright registrations, company incorporations, advice relating to trusts, infrastructure projects, real estate, taxation and other corporate services.

Ravichandran has also done his Chartered Accountancy course and thus is well suited to provide legal, financial and corporate advice to multinational and start up companies.

Ravichandran has assisted several multinational companies in their start up activities and regulatory compliance of all the laws, with special emphasis on the Foreign Exchange Management Act and the Companies Act.
