S. K. Luthra

Mr. Luthra is a Senior Partner in the Litigation Department. He has over 30 years career in civil and criminal law

He enjoys expertise in conducting litigation before trial courts in a variety of sectors that include international arbitration, civil suits, real estate and tenancy matters, commercial contracts, varied types of MoUs', appeals, petitions including writ petitions, SLPs etc. His work also includes matrimonial disputes, banking and finance and corporate law matters such as regulatory approvals, trade practices, labour matters, joint ventures and licensing, franchising and environment law.

Mr. Luthra is a former member of the Enforcement Directorate's legal panel and currently a special counsel to the New Delhi Municipal Corporation.
