Gabriele Ess is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in global roles across various industries. Currently serving as Global Managing Director HR at Kodak Alaris since September 2019, Gabriele previously held the position of Global Head of HR at Lycamobile Group, overseeing operations in multiple sectors worldwide. Prior to this, Gabriele worked in significant HR roles at Sterling Relocation, PARASOL Ltd, Royal Bank of Scotland, Flagstone Reinsurance Holdings Ltd., Dell EMC, Symantec, and Aquila. Gabriele holds a PhD in Business Administration & Social Sciences & International HR from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
