Cebanu also serves as Director at Bionica Energy SRL, focusing on biogas capture and green energy production at the Chisinau Municipality landfill, a role following a previous position as Project Manager in the same field. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Universitatea Liberă Internațională din Moldova, along with degrees in International Relations and Economics from prestigious institutions such as SOAS University of London and Webster University.
