Bret Kelly

Bret Kelly is an experienced professional in the building materials and construction industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Kodiak Building Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Bret held the position of Director of Business Development at Griffin Lumber And Hardware from April 2020 to June 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Turnkey Framing Manager at BMC - Building Materials and Construction Solutions from August 2018 to March 2020, and a variety of roles at 84 Lumber between 1993 and August 2018, including Area Manager and General Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Western Regional VP at Wausau Homes in 2006-2007 and various management positions at 84 Lumber. Bret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Kent State University, completed in 1992.
