Stefan Lim

Stefan Lim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in production planning, marketing, and risk management. Currently serving as Production Planning Manager and Marketing & Sales Development Coordinator at Koehler Instrument Company Inc. since May 2019, Stefan analyzes sales trends, assists in product development, and manages marketing campaigns while leading teams of interns and staff. Previous roles at Koehler include Technical Application Engineer, where responsibilities involved integrating products into quoting systems and providing technical support to customers. Prior experience at Stony Brook University included Assistant Coordinator of the Residential Safety Program and roles of increasing responsibility within Residential Risk Management, where Stefan effectively managed budgets, restructured programs, and implemented operational changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stefan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Stony Brook University.
