Zachary Schwartz

Zachary Schwartz is a Partner and Associate Attorney at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck since May 2011, managing litigation across various cases from initial pleadings to trial preparation, including drafting motions, discovery, depositions, fact investigation, and court appearances, with experience in appellate work in state court and the Ninth Circuit. Additionally, Schwartz served as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University School of Law from January 2017 to May 2021, teaching a Civil Procedure Lab Course that simulates a law firm environment for first-year law students. Prior experience includes law clerk positions at Ridout & Lyon, LLP and Chapman University School of Law, as well as serving as a Chain Territory Manager at Southern Wine & Spirits. Schwartz earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
