Rob Stierman

Rob Stierman has extensive experience in various roles within the printing and technology industries. Rob currently holds the position of Head of Technology Innovation and Service Support at Koenig & Bauer, starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they served as Head of Technology, Innovation, and Service Support at KBA-NotaSys SA, starting in April 2018. Rob also held the role of Senior Product Manager for Security Documents at KBA-NotaSys SA, starting in July 2016.

Before joining KBA-NotaSys SA, Rob was Director of Operations (CTO/COO) at Joh. Enschedé Banknotes B.V. from 2008 to 2014. Rob also worked at Joh. Enschedé Security Print B.V., where they served as Directeur Operations from 2003 to 2008 and as Manager of Stamp Production from 1999 to 2003.

Prior to their roles in the printing industry, Rob worked at EMI Music as the Manager of CD Production from 1995 to 1999. Rob began their career as an R&D Supervisor at Joh. Enschedé Security Print from 1985 to 1993.

Rob Stierman attended the University of Amsterdam from 1989 - 1992, where they earned a Drs. (M. Sci.) degree in Proces technologie. Prior to that, from 1983 - 1985, they studied at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Ing. (BSc) degree in Chemische Technologie. Rob'searlier education includes attending Atheneum B from 1972 - 1978 at Adriaen Pauw, Heemstede. It is not known when they started or ended their education at Mediacollege Amsterdam.
