Rita Martins

Rita Martins currently serves in the Product Ecosystem for Digital Assets at LSEG, starting July 2024, and is also an author of the book "Web3 in Financial Services," exploring the implications of Web3 in the financial sector. With a significant role as a Board Member for FinTech at Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates since September 2020, Rita has previously contributed to Kima as an Advisory Board Member and imparted knowledge as a Guest Speaker at the University of Oxford's FinTech Programme. Rita's extensive experience includes serving as Global Head of FinTech Partnerships at HSBC, leading innovation across multiple markets, and managing digital transformation projects. Prior roles include consulting positions at Accenture and EY, focusing on large-scale transformation projects in financial services, and an internship at Santander Asset Management. Rita holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, along with additional degrees and international studies.
