Sara Thiringer

Sara Thiringer has a diverse range of work experience. Sara is currently employed as a Data Scientist at Kognic since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Camp Teacher and Code Mentor at Pink Programming from April 2021. At Pink Programming, they prepared and held workshops on topics such as machine learning, deep learning, and ethical AI. Sara also served as a Member of the Board at LU Holding from August 2020 to July 2022. Additionally, Sara worked as a Data Scientist at ICA Sverige from January 2021 to March 2022. At Lund University School of Economics and Management, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for Statistics from September 2020 to January 2021. Sara also worked at Lund University, where they held various roles including Project Assistant, Student Representative in the University Board, Camp Coordinator at Pink Programming, and Student Employee in the IT Department at Lunds kommun. Furthermore, they served as a Student Representative in the Management Group for Equality and Non-Discrimination at Lund University and as the Chairman for the Election Committee at Samhällsvetarkåren vid Lunds universitet. In their different roles, Sara has been involved in teaching, mentoring, board memberships, data analysis, statistical research, and project coordination.

Sara Thiringer attended Lund University from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics. Sara then enrolled at Lund University School of Economics and Management from 2018 to 2020, completing a Bachelor's degree in Informatics. In 2020, Sara briefly attended Lund University to study Statistics.
