Dave Jong

Dave Jong has extensive experience in Workday integration and consulting, currently serving as a Workday Integrations Advisory at Kognitiv Inc. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Solutions and Delivery Leader for the Workday Integrations Center of Excellence at IBM, following IBM's acquisition of Meteorix, where significant contributions were made to modernizing HR and finance functions. At Meteorix, Dave advanced from Vice President to Senior Manager of Integration Services, overseeing integration consultants and managing the technical implementation of Workday projects. Additional experience includes roles at BTRG Inc. as a Workday Principal Integration Consultant, and earlier positions at Manulife Financial, Critical Path, and Intel of Canada Ltd. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
