Melissa Doot

Melissa Doot has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Melissa most recently worked at Kognitiv Inc. as the Director of the Workday Financials Practice, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Sr Manager and Manager in the same department at Kognitiv Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Melissa also worked as a Workday Architect at the company from 2017 to 2019. Before their time at Kognitiv Inc., Melissa worked at IBM as a Business Consultant for Workday from 2016 to 2017. Melissa also worked at Meteorix as a Workday Business Consultant and in post-production support from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they were an HR Systems Analyst at Panduit from 2014 to 2015. Melissa also gained experience at McDonald's Corporation, where they held roles such as Application Control & GRC Supervisor and Business Systems Analyst from 2010 to 2014. Melissa'searlier work includes positions as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst and Cost Accountant at MJMC, Inc. from 2006 to 2010.

Melissa Doot holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology Technology from Purdue University, which they obtained in 2004. Melissa then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration from Purdue University, completing it in 2009. Additionally, Melissa has obtained several certifications related to Workday and Adaptive Insights, including certifications in Workday HCM and Financials in 2015 and certifications in Adaptive Insights Customer Success and Product Implementation in 2019.
