Duncan Mcsporran

Duncan Mcsporran is the Co-Founder, COO, and VP of Aerospace and Defence at Kognitiv Spark. Duncan was previously with the University of New Brunswick as part of the Office of Research Services from September 2013 to December 2017. Prior to that, Duncan served as a Program Manager for Leadership Training and Development with the Canadian Forces from July 2010 to October 2012. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of leadership training for Junior Officer candidates in the Canadian Army. Duncan has a proven track record in successfully launching and executing initiatives with a multidisciplinary team, and is passionate about promoting responsive, impactful research and development.

Duncan Mcsporran has a leadership and resilience background from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Duncan also has a BSc in Cartography and Geography from Oxford Brookes University. In addition, they have anFInstLM in Operational Art and Program Management from The Institute of Leadership and Management. Finally, they have a certification from the Project Management Institute in Member and from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
