Binny Gill

Binny Gill has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Binny is currently the Founder and CEO of Kognitos, a company focused on making programming accessible and enabling businesses to optimize their operations and customer experiences. Prior to that, they worked at Nutanix, a global leader in cloud software, where they held various positions including CTO of Cloud Services, Chief Architect, Principal Architect, Director of Engineering, and Lead MTS. Before Nutanix, Binny was a Research Staff Member at IBM Research, where they specialized in caching algorithms for storage systems and architecting distributed systems for performance. During their time at IBM, they received multiple awards for their technical achievements and contributed to numerous patents and publications. Binny also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Lead at Zambeel Inc.
