Erin Dallin's work experience includes various roles in the education and content creation fields.

Erin is currently working as a Content Creator for Kognity, where they write online textbook sections and assessment questions for the IB Chemistry textbook.

Prior to this, Erin worked at Handful of Films as a Teacher Resource Content Creator, collaborating with a team of filmmakers and educators to create teacher resource materials for science documentaries. Their main project involved writing the Canadian version of the teacher resource package for the film "Carbon: The Unauthorised Biography".

From 2011 to 2022, Erin worked at Glenlyon Norfolk School, initially as the Coordinator of Academic Programming, and later as a Teacher, Head of Science, and Senior School Coordinator of Administration. Erin provided instruction in chemistry and general science, as well as mentorship and supervision for students conducting independent research for science fairs.

Prior to their time at Glenlyon Norfolk School, Erin worked as a Teacher On-Call at Sooke School District from 2008 to 2011.

Erin also served as a Chemistry Lab Instructor at the University of Victoria from 2005 to 2007.

Erin Dallin completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry at the University of Victoria from 2000 to 2005. Erin then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry at the same institution from 2005 to 2007. Following that, Erin enrolled in the Post-Degree Program at the University of Victoria in 2008, where they studied Secondary Education and Teaching until 2009.
