Ian Angelo Lota has worked in the customer service industry since 2005. Ian Angelo'sfirst job was as a Team Leader at Sykes from 2005 to 2008. Ian Angelo then moved on to Sitel, where they worked as a Team Leader from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they started working at Sutherland as a Training Expert - Consultant Learning and Development.
