Hemant Singh Negi

Hemant Singh Negi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll and employee administration. Currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED since January 2022, Hemant has a strong background in managing payroll processes, having previously held the role of Associate Manager of Payroll. Prior to this position, Hemant worked at Teleperformance from August 2014 to January 2022, progressing from Payroll Executive to Assistant Manager of Payroll and Employee Administration. Hemant's career began at Genpact, where roles included Process Developer and Process Associate from December 2008 to August 2014. Hemant holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business/Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Rajasthan.
