A. J. Hubbard is currently the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Kohler Co., having previously served as Global Executive Inclusion & Diversity at GE Appliances, a Haier company. With extensive experience spanning from 1993, A. J. has held various roles including Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Humana, where strategic initiatives accelerated the company’s I&D agenda, and leadership positions in human resources at First Residential Mortgage, Louisville Gas & Electric, and 3M. A. J. holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
