Ash Meakins

Ash Meakins serves as the Sr. Director of HR for Global Innovation and Kitchen and Bath UK at Kohler Co. since November 2020, leading HR initiatives across diverse regions including the US, Mexico, India, China, and the UK. Prior to this role, Ash held various HR leadership positions at Kohler Mira Ltd, culminating as Global Human Resources Director for Category Strategy in Kitchen and Bath. With a robust HR background beginning at Bristol City Council and extending to Devon County Council, Ash has developed expertise in various aspects of human resource management and child services. Ash's educational qualifications include an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of the West of England, alongside multiple postgraduate diplomas in Policy Research and Human Resource Management, and a BA in Politics and International Studies.
