Cynthia Durkin

Cynthia Durkin currently serves as Vice President of Compliance and Ethics at Kohler Co., overseeing the development and management of a corporate compliance and ethics program for a global manufacturing corporation with 30,000 employees. Previously, Durkin held the position of Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Arconic, where significant program advancements and integration of compliance controls were achieved. Prior to that, Durkin was Chief Compliance Officer for GE Power and its Distributed Power business units, managing compliance for multi-billion dollar operations. Durkin began a legal career in litigation at various law firms, specializing in product liability and general litigation. Durkin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. Additional training includes completion of the Manager Development Course at Crotonville.
