Vikas Bakshi

Vikas Bakshi serves as the Global Associate Director of Engineering at Kohler Co. since August 2021, leading global lab operations, engineering validation and verification testing, product testing, and reliability across multiple countries including the US, China, India, Thailand, and Mexico. Prior to this role, Vikas held various leadership positions at LG Electronics from June 2005 to August 2021, including Head of R&D for Kitchen Appliances and Built-In Products, where responsibilities included product development, collaboration with global research labs, and driving innovation, resulting in over 300 patents filed. Vikas's extensive experience in technology management, product development, and quality assurance is supported by a strong educational background, including an MBA in Operations and certifications in Six Sigma and Project Management.
