Jon Guerra

Jon Guerra is a seasoned design executive with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Product Design & User Experience at Kohl's since January 2023, Jon previously held key leadership roles such as Sr. Director, Head of Design, Innovation & Experience at The Clorox Company, where Jon led teams to deliver consumer-led innovations for multiple brands. Notable past positions include Sr. Director at PepsiCo Frito Lay North America and Director of User Experience at GE Healthcare, where Jon directed global teams to enhance user experiences. Throughout Jon’s career, significant contributions have been made at prominent organizations such as SC Johnson, The Walt Disney Company, and Motorola, with a solid foundation in Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design.
