Paula Medcalf

Paula is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) who has worked in human resources across the financial services sector for over 25 years.

With a background in project management, Paula has advised and held many management roles at world-class technology and telecommunications businesses, including Misys and Fixnetix (now DXC Technology).

She is also a Non-Executive Director to a private company that provides consultancy services in compliance, regulation and risk management, primarily to the financial services market.
