Steven is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience of senior management roles within the financial services sector.

He has held senior positions at firms including AxiCorp, Interactive Brokers, ODL Group, City Index and Merrill Lynch.

Steven has had extensive exposure to regulatory issues both in UK and overseas and multiple approved person roles with the FCA, material participation in corporate transactions and Stock Exchange Full Listing experience at director level.
