Komal Malik

Komal Malik has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition professional at Koinly since January 2020, where expertise in tax solutions for cryptocurrency investors is utilized. Previously, Komal worked at Birlasoft from February 2016 to January 2018, initially as a Management Trainee focused on Corporate HR and Talent Management, and later as a Human Resource Executive in Employee Relations, managing employee grievances and enhancing workplace camaraderie for a workforce of 700. Earlier experiences include internships and trainee roles at Escorts Limited and Hilton Garden Inn, respectively, where core skills in employee engagement and recruitment processes were developed. Komal holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Delhi University.
